Need help with your booking?
In the first instance, please refer to your booking confirmation and your Kaboodle account. For all information related to your booking. Your customer account will have all your booking details and will allow you to download confirmations, e-tickets (when available) as well as add extra items and amend payment plans.
Most event organisers have their own customer service email which you will find on your booking confirmation, or on the event contact page on the event website.
The Help Centre should have all the information you need to answer any questions you might have. If you can't find the information you want, please fill out our contact form here, ensuring you add in your booking reference where you know this.

Procurement Coordinator
Boomtown is seeking an organised and proactive Procurement Coordinator to oversee the sourcing, purchasing and management of key infrastructure assets and materials required to deliver the festival’s site operations. The role will support the Site team by managing procurement and logistics for cabins, containers, tents, plant, vehicles, scaffolding, materials and miscellaneous site items. The Procurement Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking on-site assets, managing interdepartmental infrastructure requests, and maintaining accurate procurement documentation and supplier relationships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a strong understanding of temporary event infrastructure, and experience coordinating procurement across multiple suppliers and departments.

Site Facilities Manager
Boomtown is seeking an experienced Site Facilities Manager to lead on the planning, coordination and delivery of the festival’s core site infrastructure – including temporary power, water and waste systems. Alongside assisting in drafting the festival's site plans using Vectorworks CAD software.
The role combines both office-based planning at Boomtown HQ in Bristol and hands-on leadership onsite during the build, live event and derig phases at the Matterley Estate. The successful candidate will have significant experience managing infrastructure for large-scale greenfield events, excellent technical knowledge, and strong leadership and coordination skills.
This is a key role in ensuring the festival’s operational backbone is robust, efficient, safe and sustainable, while supporting the continued development of site-wide infrastructure systems for future events.

Visual Art Applications
If you are interested in showcasing a surreal, other-worldly art installation at the festival, please let us know by completing this form. We are always on the hunt for absurd and ridiculous ideas, almost anything will go!

We collaborate with businesses with character, as well as offering unique and fantastic quality food.
Boomtown's ethos has a huge focus on sustainability, so please bear this in mind when submitting your application.
Trading days are from Wednesday to Sunday, all traders must arrive and be fully set-up by Tuesday so pitches can be signed off by our H&S team. Please note Boomtown is a Cashless festival, more info will be provided to successful applicants. By being a Cashless event we are able to lower the up front costs for traders and work on a revenue-share basis to make the festival more accessible for a wider variety of food businesses.

All bars must adhere to strict, site specific licensing. ALL bar staff must attend compulsory onsite training pre show.
Bar providers will not be able to trade before being signed off by an onsite licensing team.

The concept of Thrutopia has been inspired by conversations our creative team has had with the inspiring author Manda Scott. Here’s a brief introduction to her teachings on Thrutopias.
Imagine waking up excited for the day because life feels full of possibility. For many people, that kind of joy feels out of reach. We live in a world shaped by stress, fear, and systems that don't work for most people or the planet.
But it hasn't always been this way. Across history, some communities chose to live more fairly, more creatively, and more in harmony with nature. We've just stopped telling those stories.
Now, with climate change and rising inequality, it's clear we need a new direction. And stories are one of the most powerful ways to show what's possible. They help us imagine a future that's better for everyone.
If we want real change, we need stories that inspire it, and anyone can be part of that. It starts with imagining something better.
