Ticket Types
We offer three different ticket types.
Public Transport Tickets
Best for pocket and planet!
Reduced-price tickets for those arriving at the festival via public transport.
Wednesday Entry Ticket
Get the most out of the Boomtown experience!
Wednesday to Sunday ticket.
Enjoy the full Boomtown experience and enter on the Wednesday to secure your camping and explore the warm up day of the festival.
Thursday Entry Ticket
Great value for money!
Thursday to Sunday ticket.
Arrive on Thursday to enjoy the opening of the city and dive right into all the action.
Instalment Tickets
You can opt to split the cost of your ticket with a payment plan, select this option at the end of the checkout process.
If you miss a payment of one of your instalments you should contact Kaboodle immediately by logging into your account or emailing them at boomtown@kaboodle.co.uk
If you fail to make the payments in accordance with Kaboodle’s terms and conditions of your payment plan then your ticket may be cancelled and you will not be eligible for a refund. This includes all added extras, accommodation and travel tickets.
Name Change
If you would like to process a name change on your booking then please head to your Kaboodle account and follow the below steps. If you are unsure of your password, this can be reset on the login page.
You can only change the name on each ticket once.
- Once you are logged into your Kaboodle account, you will need to click on "manage booking".
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on "Want to change something?".
- Select the checkbox next to the current ticket holder's name.
- Please ensure that you read the name change information provided on the page before clicking on "Enter new details".
- Click on "Enter new details".
- Input details of the new ticket holder and review this before proceeding.
- Click "Add to basket".
- Click "Checkout".
- You will now reach the payment page, before proceeding to complete payment of the £20 name change fee please ensure you have read the information provided in full.
- Once payment has been made, the name change is complete.
The e-ticket will be re-issued in the new person's name. You must send this to the new ticket holder.
Ticket Insurance
Ticket plan Refund Protection is available and we strongly recommend that you include this option. Your booking is non-refundable and this will protect you against cancellation resulting from accidents and illnesses, up to a maximum of £5000 per refund application.

Will I be able to split the cost of a Citizen-to-Citizen resale ticket?
Yes, if you are eligable for Klarna you will be able to split the cost of the ticket in three payments.
Can I sell my Camp Skylark accommodation?
Yes, you can. Please get in touch with boomtown@kaboodle.com to confirm what accommodation you would like to list. Once your structure has been sold in the citizen-to-citizen marketplace, you will receive your refund.
What happens to my extras?
Extras such as campervan passes, camp orchid, car parking passes, lockers and phone chargers, that are associated with a ticket that has been resold, will be automatically refunded (minus booking fee). These will appear in a separate transaction from your main ticket refund. Should you wish to keep any of the extras associated with your resold ticket, please reach out to Kaboodle's customer service team at boomtown@kaboodle.com.
When will I receive my refund for the Citizen-to-Citizen ticket I've sold?
Only once a ticket has been resold to a fellow Boomtown citizen. Refunds can take 3-5 working days from the point of sale. We will retain your original booking fee for administration charges.
When will people be able to purchase my ticket?
Citizen-to-Citizen resale opens for buyers on Friday, 27th March.
Can I sell just one ticket from my booking in Citizen-to-Citizen resale?
Yes, you can choose to sell just one ticket from your booking. Each ticket is treated individually, so you're free to sell only the one you no longer need.
How do I list my ticket for Citizen-to-Citizen resale?
- Log in to your Kaboodle account and click Upcoming Bookings on the home page.
- Find the event and tickets you want to list for sale and click View Booking.
- Click the Resell Tickets Box.
- The tickets you have available on the booking for resale will appear.
- Click on Edit Resale.
- Select the ticket(s) you want to resell using the slider button & click Save Changes once you have selected the tickets.
- A confirmation screen will appear showing the tickets you have selected for resale. Click Proceed, and your ticket(s) will be listed to be resold.
- You will receive confirmation at the email address you provided on the booking to confirm that the ticket(s) have been listed for resale.
- Once you’ve listed your ticket, it will go on sale on 27th March.
Ecobond
With every entry ticket you pay a £20 Eco Bond deposit.
This is an agreement with us that you will leave the space you camp in whilst at Boomtown as you found it. Free from litter and in no way damaging to the natural habitat.
You can redeem your £20 deposit at the end of the festival by bringing two bags of recyclable litter with you to one of the designated hubs.
